Black workers’ crisis

This article was really interesting and said that the black community has been hit the hardest as far as unemployment because the types of jobs they fill were the first to be dissolved and even though the economy may be improving those jobs may not come back.

I feel like this is another set back in black advancement unfortunately. And one person interviewed said that race had to do with him not being hired, but I personally feel that race is less of an issue than he gives it credit.
The jobs that has been dissolved are those that blacks are more likely to fill, so if those jobs are all you are qualified to do you aren’t going to be hired for other jobs or have a harder time finding work because what you can do just isn’t out there.
