3 white men hospitalize a 76 y.o. black man.

A black man was fishing with his wife at 5 am when 3 white men jumped out of a chevy Tahoe and started beating him and kicking him.   the man had serious injuries to the head but was in serious but stable condition at a local hospital.   The beating was ruled a hate crime.  The man responsible was Calvin E. Lockner, who told police that he was a white supremacist.    Lockner was previously convicted of first-degree murder, rape, kidnapping and sex offenses.  The fact that this guy is out on the street is a huge problem for me.  Back in 2000 the serious charges against him were dropped and he plead guilty to 2nd degree sex offenses.  this is where I feel like our legal system has a problem.  How can this guy be convicted of these things and then get off on just sex offenses.  The man does his time and gets out and here he is again nearly killing a black man for no reason at all.  I hope this guy gets a life sentence bc he definitely doesn’t deserve to be out on the streets and the legal system obviously hasn’t tought him anything.

  1. This man obviously has mental issues if he sexually assaults and nearly kills someone because of their skin color, he probably needs to see a psychologist or get treated mentally somehow before getting back out on the streets again, hopefully he will get a full sentence this time.

  2. WOW! I’m always surprised at the ineptness in our legal systems. I feel like anyone with charges, like Calvin’s, obviously has intent to hurt people. Charging and releasing someone of those charges into a society where we do have diversity, of course a white supremacist could have a field day. If these type of people are not stopped and punished for their blatant wrong-doing, we will see many more problems of this nature appear.
